Have a SingStar® party!

PlayStation®

SingStar® party!

For your Girls Night In this year, remember to bring the essential party starter – SingStar – exclusive to PlayStation® . The karaoke-inspired game allows you to sing along to your favourite tunes whilst being judged on your performance and awarded points. SingStar has something to offer the most outrageous singer or even encourage the shyest songster to exercise their vocal chords. Whether you sing solo or battle against your friends, everyone will take to the living room limelight!

Better still, all the SingStar fun can now be enjoyed on both PlayStation®2 and PLAYSTATION®3 (PS3™). With SingStar for PS3, you can download your all-time favourite tracks from the online SingStore and join My SingStar – an online community where you can share your performances with the world after capturing them with a PLAYSTATION®Eye or EyeToy™ camera.

SingStar is available from retailers nationwide. For more SingStar fun visit www.singstargame.com

Fuzzy, co-host of Video Hits

We recently caught up with SingStar fan, Fuzzy, co-host of Video Hits...

  1. What’s your favourite tune to belt out in a SingStar battle?
I'm a crazy SingStar fan, even though I really can't sing all that well. My favourite song is "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" by the Darkness – who doesn't love hitting those high notes? Or at least try to!
  2. Who would you most like to challenge at SingStar?
Nicole Kidman. Her part of the duet with Robbie Williams in "Something Stupid" is probably the most difficult thing in the Singstar series.  Perhaps it wouldn't be a vicious battle, more like learning from her so I can beat my friends.
  3. Filming an episode of Video Hits, you recently met the creator of SingStar, Paulina Bozek. What is she like?
Paulina is probably one of the coolest chicks living in London! It's great to know that a woman is behind one of PlayStation's biggest titles. She told me that SingStar was originally intended to be a children's singing game. Snaps to her making it a killer game for everyone to play!
  4. What do you think makes a great girls night in?
Aside from having SingStar, a great girls night in also means great food! Pull out all stops, yummy seafood, fresh fruit and chocolate. Also, plenty of stories for a good catch up and a movie to pop into the PS3 to wind things down.
